The Gate Lodge Apartment is available for PFLA members to reserve for family and friends wishing to stay at PF. Details are found on the Gate Lodge Apartment Info page. Apartment usage is on a first-come, first-served basis.

- Total due will be sent to the Member once the reservation is confirmed.
- Members should send check or pay cash by time of check-in.
  - Make checks payable to PFLA with a memo note of Gate Lodge Apartment Use Fee; send to 146 Primrose Drive, Cresco, PA 18326.
  - Cash payment arrangements can be made with the Apartment Reservation team.
Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is 4 p.m. on arrival date. Check-out time is 11 a.m. on departure date. Check-in and check-out instructions will be sent once a reservation is confirmed.

By submitting this form, I support the use of the apartment by the above guest. I acknowledge that I will be responsible for any damage that may occur while the sponsored party is using the apartment.
