Gate Lodge Apartment Use

Property Overview

PF Members can use the Gate Lodge Apartment year-round for friends and family who wish to visit. Our recently updated apartment offers a comfortable living space at the Center, in our historic Gate Lodge. Featuring modern amenities and a spacious layout, it is perfect for families and friends who love coming to PF. Up to 7 people and 2 dogs are welcome.

Key Features

  • Bedrooms: 3 spacious bedrooms with dressers and ample closet space

    • 2 bedrooms have a queen-sized bed​

    • 1 bedroom has a full-sized bed and a twin bed 

  • Bathrooms: 1 bathroom with updated fixtures

  • Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen 

  • Living Area: Large living and dining area and outside porch

  • Amenities: Internet and smart TV; linens, towels and beach towels provided.

 

Usage Process

  • Members submit an online form  requesting a reservation (see link below).

    • Minimum stay is 2 nights; maximum is 2 weeks between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

    • A member can have up to 2 active reservations.

    • Reservations can be canceled up to 2 weeks prior.

    • Members can get on a wait list for dates already reserved.

  • Prior to check-in, Member will send a check to PF.

  • Check-in time is 4 pm; check out time is noon.

Cleaning Fee

  • $175 per night

  • Stays of 7 or more nights get a 10% discount

$50 per stay

$100 per stay
